  • Allergies: Dogs may be allergic to some things in the house or in the foods provided to them. Allergies may come from pollen, air and plants, as atopic dermatitis appears in dogs, which is a skin disease that appears in dogs, especially dogs that are allergic to herbs and plants. Allergies may come from air and climate, and the dog begins to itch constantly and cause wounds and scratches in the skin. Allergies also appear during certain periods throughout the year, resulting in inflammation of the ear and nose and the appearance of fungi on the skin of dogs. Allergies are not a disease, but a cause of the appearance of skin diseases.
  • Fungi: Fungi come to the skin of dogs as a result of their infection with a severe bacterial infection, as these fungi are transmitted through dealing with other infected animals or eating contaminated food or water, as bacteria spread quickly on the skin of dogs, causing a rash, and these fungi may turn into (scabies) if treatment is delayed, and scabies appears in the form of severe inflammation and complete loss of the dog’s fur, and the appearance of many blisters and swellings on the skin of dogs, and in this case, a specialized veterinarian must be immediately consulted to treat the dog and isolate it from the rest of the animals, because scabies is a contagious disease between animals and humans.
